Waxed double feet on six fluted porcelain dinner plates:I find that the wax needs to stand for a couple of hours before glazing,otherwise it doesn't resist the glaze so nicely.A siren wails- the fifth,I think,this morning.The plates are,by now,glazed,fired and cooled- if the Hizbullah give me a chance,I'll go up to the studio and unload the kiln...
